Producing art work for Direct to Garment Printing is usually a case of reproducing your picture, logo, or lettering with the use of Photo Shop or Corel Draw to make the necessary changes. If a photo is to be reproduced, it is best to use the original file rather than a copy of a photo. The original should be 300 dpi or higher. We can copy an existing photo, but the quality of the printing is not as good as using the original file. If a logo or some other image is to be used, then there are times that we would charge a one-time setup fee for computer time, etc. We use stock designs as much as possible to prevent the set up fees.

One concern that many people have when requesting a design, is that the colors on the finished product will be the same as their original design. While we cannot match every color in the world, our color spectrum is nearly endless, with over 500 colors for Garment Printing, and over 100 different thread colors for embroidery. We can reproduce your logo or image in photo quality full color on car flags, dash plaques, or promotional items of your choice.

Artwork for the embroidery process is a little more difficult. Again, we offer a number of stock designs for embroidery, but creating a custom design for embroidery involves a process known as Digitizing. In basic terms, digitizing is a process whereby a design is electronically formatted into a language the embroidery machine can read. There is also an additional charge for this service. However, when finished, the design is yours to keep.
